Mr. Flesch has been an attorney at Brown & Gould, PLLC since June of 2014. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in 2013 and his Bachelors of Science (B.S.) at Texas A&M University in 2010. Since coming here, Mr. Flesch has provided zealous representation for hundreds of clients in ranging areas of the law, including representation in: divorce and custody actions; probate matters and estate planning; insurance disputes, breach of contract and bad faith; eviction actions; and personal injury actions. More specifically, Mr. Flesch has served as lead counsel in several trials, appeared at numerous mediations and settlement conferences at the Municipal, State and Federal levels, and has appeared as counsel of record for various hearings before several administrative bodies including: hearings before the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, Department of Human Services and for proceedings related to student conduct and disciplinary actions dealing with State Universities. He Devotes 100% of his practice to litigation and believes that in every lawsuit, his counsel should be specifically tailored to the client, above all else.
