  •      Burglary in First Degree: According Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1436, burglary of the first degree is when an individual breaks into and enters the dwelling house of another person, in which there is at the time some person, with the intent to commit some crime therein. Stat. tit. 21, § 1435, anyone who breaks and enters any building or part of a building, tent, railroad car, vehicle, truck, vessel or other structure in which property is kept, or breaks into or forcibly opens a coin-operated or vending machine with the intent to steal any property therein or commit any felony is guilty of burglary in the second degree.

Felony theft crimes can be punished by multiple years in prison as well as a fine up to $1,000.
